Acceptance of these terms
By using this website, submitting a form, or communicating with B&H Meat Cutting through the website, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the website. Separate written estimates, cut sheets, invoices, and agreements may also apply to services provided by the shop.
Services and availability
B&H Meat Cutting provides custom butchering, wild-game processing, poultry processing, and seasonal market services. Services, species accepted, pricing, turnaround times, and hours vary by season and capacity. Bear processing is not offered. A website submission does not guarantee an appointment, drop-off time, price, or acceptance of an animal. Brady or Hope must confirm arrangements.
Customer responsibilities
You are responsible for providing complete and accurate contact, ownership, animal, harvest, inspection, and cut-instruction information. You must comply with applicable hunting, tagging, food-safety, transportation, and custom-processing laws. Final yield and finished weights vary according to the animal, field care, trimming, processing method, and other conditions outside the shop's control.
Website use
You may use this website only for lawful personal or business communications with B&H Meat Cutting. You may not interfere with the website, attempt unauthorized access, submit false or unlawful material, introduce malicious code, scrape content at scale, impersonate another person, or use the website to violate applicable law.
Electronic communications
When you provide an email address or telephone number, you authorize B&H Meat Cutting to respond about your inquiry, appointment, animal, cut sheet, order, pickup, payment, or other service-related matter using the reply method you selected. Communications may be assisted or generated by automated systems or artificial intelligence, but important service details remain subject to confirmation by the shop.
SMS and mobile messaging
If you consent to text messages, B&H Meat Cutting may send conversational and service-related SMS or MMS messages. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to stop text messages and HELP for assistance. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of purchase. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Mobile opt-in information will not be sold or shared with third parties for their own marketing.
Calls and AI-assisted service
Telephone calls may be answered or assisted by an AI-enabled service. Where recording or transcription is used, the caller will be notified. By continuing after that notice, you consent to the recording, transcription, and use of the call to respond to your request, maintain shop records, improve service, and meet legal obligations. You may ask to speak with Brady or Hope or choose another available contact method.
Pricing, payment, and processing results
Prices shown or discussed before inspection are estimates unless expressly stated otherwise. Additional work, disposal, storage, specialty products, smoking, packaging, or unusual handling may affect the final charge. B&H Meat Cutting does not guarantee a particular yield, appearance, package count, or turnaround date. Payment terms provided with an accepted order control if they differ from these website terms.
Food safety and pickup
Customers must follow pickup notices, storage directions, safe-handling practices, and applicable refrigeration or freezing requirements. The shop may decline unsafe, spoiled, unlawfully taken, improperly identified, or otherwise unsuitable animals or products. Unclaimed products may be handled as permitted by applicable law and any notice provided by the shop.
Intellectual property
Unless otherwise noted, this website and its branding, design, text, and graphics are owned by or licensed to B&H Meat Cutting and are protected by applicable law. Personal viewing and use of shop forms for their intended purpose are permitted. Other reproduction or commercial use requires prior written permission.
Third-party services
The website and communications may rely on service providers for hosting, security, email, text messaging, calling, printing, and business notifications. Third-party links and services are governed by their own terms. B&H Meat Cutting is not responsible for third-party availability, security, or content, except as required by law.
